This Privacy Policy describes how MoveTones, LLC ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the StrideSAFE Training mobile application.
The App does not automatically collect personal information, track users, or collect information for advertising, marketing, analytics, or profiling purposes.
The App allows users to enter field data, connect to a device selected by the user, transfer files from that device, and upload selected data and files to our server.
Any information or files transmitted through the App are provided or selected by the user as part of the App's intended functionality. We do not collect additional personal information from the user's device without the user's action.
Field data and files selected by the user may be transmitted to our servers in order to provide the services requested by the user. This information is used only for the purpose of receiving, processing, storing, or otherwise providing the functionality of the App.
We do not sell uploaded data or files and do not use them for advertising or unrelated marketing purposes.
The App may communicate with external hardware or devices that the user chooses to connect to. Information transferred from such devices is accessed only as necessary to perform the functions initiated by the user.
The App does not intentionally collect device identifiers, advertising identifiers, precise location information, browsing history, contacts, or other personal information automatically.
The App does not include third-party advertising and does not use data for cross-app or cross-website tracking.
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information transmitted through the App from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Data and files uploaded through the App may be retained for as long as necessary to provide the associated service or fulfill the purpose for which the user submitted them.
Users may contact us regarding questions about uploaded information or requests concerning deletion of data associated with their use of the App.
The App is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not knowingly use the App to solicit personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
